Ah - I finally get it - but then the comp may need to be custom - since I don't know of any comp that fits well in the dust cover, rail section of a 17. Especially to fit and match the slide like the sig above. Good luck and I'm following this as it is one of the more interesting ideas I've seen on here.

Thinking of swapping out the R1P and looking for plate suggestions, my p320 has both the rmr and R1P holes already as well as the Sig suppressor height sights. Thanks! I do and I really like it. I used the chpw plate for the holosun 507k when I installed my eps but I think they have a plate specifically for the eps now.

I got the OEM spring for an 3.9 axg build and it was fairly stiff from the factory. Had issues locking back. At least with the tuning kits, it's easier to dial in the spring weight.
